Bug Unity 2022.2.17f1

Hi.
Im haveing some serious issues wiht Unity 2022.22.12f1 and script Compilation when opening any project, not only from this version but any other. A new project may take several hours to compile. Theres nothing else to add on old project, which worked just fine until I downloaded 2022.2 and Unity Hub 3.4.2.
I have a laptop that is not having these problems. It can open projects with a normal scripting time.
I have already uninstalled Unity Hub, any version of Unity Editor that I had installed, and Visual Studio 2022.
Downloaded and installed everyting back but the problems persist.

Please, I need some help, please refrain from suggesting uninstalling again. I´ve tried that several times.

Windows 10 64
24GB RAM
1 SDD 250 GB
2 HDD 4 TB in total (Unity is installed here)
Intel Core i5 11th gen
