With UnityHub I've downloaded Unity 2021.3.18f1

Its it updated?

Your Hub should now see it added as one of the available "Installs" of Unity.

Your next step would be to BACK UP YOUR EXISTING PROJECT if you have one, then tell the Hub to open the project with a different Install (the new one you just added). It will give you a warning, that it will update things in your project and you should have BACKED UP YOUR EXISTING PROJECT before you proceed. If you have BACKED UP YOUR EXISTING PROJECT, then go ahead and let it open it up. There may be things that break, things that change, things that work better, things that work differently, but if you don't like the changes, you can always go BACK and restore YOUR EXISTING PROJECT manually.

 

By the way, you should probably make a BACK UP OF YOUR EXISTING PROJECT just in case.
