2021.2.4f1Same problem

 

This seems to be caused by unity path using UTF-8,There are 2 ways.
(1)
Create the path file of the prompt even if it is garbled C:\Users\���ɵ���\AppData\Local\Temp
(2)
All Settings -> Time & Language -> Language -> "Administrative Language Settings"
Enable beta on win10

 

It seems that reading systeminfo failed, but I did not find systeminfo, my computer OS is win11

 

Same here... Windows 10, had to manually install JDK 8.1.8.0_331
