Unity 2021.1 Beta ; Player Settings Problem

    If Unity > Project Settings > Player > Publishing Settings > Build > "Custom Gradle Properties" and "Custom Proguard File" Checkboxes are ON, the "GradleTemplate.properties" text will appear in both cases.
