Unity 2021.1.11f is extremely slow

Hi,

For some reason, the 2021 unity editor is extremely slow for me and it keeps showing message about every small little thing the editor does (yet always in a slow and busy stage)

I have the same issue with Unity 2021.1, Creating a new project take about 5 min, Importing package, compiling and runtime FPS are extremely slow ??

 

Why would Unity release this version like this ? I dont think that this is hard to spot. Ive been using 2019 LTS and 2020 LTS without any major issue. Wanna test 2021 for a smooth upgrade and then this happens.

 

Decided to give it a go, once more, this time 2021.1.12f1.
On my business comp (far slower than home one but still) when I hit Play button gives me 10fps, on 2020.1.1f1 it's over 30fps ?
What happened guys ?

 

There is something wrong with new unity updates (2021), i hope they can fix it in the future release.

 

lovely how they never acknowledged it and I'm actually surprised they didn't try to downplay it like when they added the busy time counter in 2019. They would shut down any discussion by saying "it's the same time, you just have a visual cue as to how long has it been busy. Even when users would provide timed tests they would push the same bs responses.
Using 2021.3.10f1 and it's been well over 5 minutes to make a new 3D project on an 8700k...
