Unity 2020 text disappearing behind "something" when rotating

Any ideas what it could be

    Unity 2020.3.12f1 text disappearing behind "something" when rotating in Z axis, it looks like if there was something in front or behind of it but actually there is nothing, canvas is Screen Space - Overlay, i already try moving text and image in Z-axis but nothing works. I am using a grid Layout Group to order the items inside a
    Scroll Rect. Looks like it happens only in a Scroll Rect.
