    I'm curious why you still release further 20.1 alpha versions instead of making the transition to the beta. After all, the spring release date isn't that far away.

    They have changed the releases, instead of having 3 tech releases there are only two each year.

    There has been much frustration from a lot of users about calling 2019.3 a released version when it was clearly beta quality at best. Having 2020 as an alpha still is much more honest, sets the right expectations, and I commend UT for it.

    In that case, Unity should skip the spring release target and use the full year to mature one tech release in order to compensate for the delays and the insufficient quality. And then go into 2021 with the announced 2 tech release cycle.
