Unity 2019.XXX SRPL & LWRP problems

    I tried installing UnitySetup64-2019.1.9f1.exe obtained from the normal Unity download space and got an error when trying to startup either a LWRP or HDRP clean new project.
    I then uninstalled and started Unity Hub and asked it to download and install it.
    It only had 2019.1.10f1 as latest version which I chose.
    I still had the same error when trying to start either LWRP or HDRP



    Starting a normal 3D project does not give problem at all.

    I have 30 gig space on the SSD that it is on, so no space problem.

    Anyone any suggestions ?
