unity 2019 & Visual Studio 2015

    i had a project that i used unity 5.6.4 and VS 2015 . i had puy an asset that need me to upgrade my unity to 2019.
    after upograding i had lots of errors .. some was belong to Text Mesh Pro . so i replaced it with standart Text.
    last error was :
    SerializationException: Unable to load type System.Collections.Generic.List......
    so is it depanded with that i am using VS 2015 and its not sutable . and i need to upgrade it to VS 2019 or what ?
