Unity 2019 LTS - build fails for Android (but is actually an editor issue)

    Unity 2019 LTS automatically adds the "com.unity.ads@3.4.5" to the package cache which conflicts (duplicate classes etc.) with external versions of the SDK. Please do not add this automatically unless we have selected "Unity Ads" services within the Unity Editor.
