Unity 2019.4.17f1 2 empty compiler errors

    After trying to import some kind of sample project and update something in my unity got "ruined". Every project that I would open will have 2 empty compiler errors. I have tried reinstalling unity and unity hub, to my really big surprise... It didn't help...
    I have seen the guide that says to edit the unity_csc.bat file. It didn't help either.
    Tried to update Windows 10(which I'm currently using btw)

    Anyone has any clue why this keeps on happening? I have this error for like 2 days now and can't get it fixed.
