Unity 2019.4.14f1 axis input problems

    Unity Unity 2019.4.14f1
    OS Windows 10.
    Build Windows 86_64

    I use old Input system, no problems in Unity 2019.4.11f1 in Editor Play or after Build.
    But in 2019.4.14f1 my axis Inputs does not work after Build. In Editor no problems.
    Only Axis problem, keyboard or controller (xbox), buttons work perfectly.

    Any suggestion? Its a bug ?
