Bug Unity 2019.4.12- URP 7.3.1- Post Process Broken In VR

Hi ,
When I change post effect on camera as enabled , It shows blurry color screen in oculus and black screen on steam vr devices.

Is there any solution for this. It is weird that I can not replica in empty project. When I built my project , I can not see my game. Only solution is disabled post proccess from camera.

I tried to upgrade URP to 7.5.1 but It didnt work again.

I tried to post effect v2 old version. it is working. I think problem is related with URP Post effects.

I could not figure it out this problem , I just return old post proccess v2 again with URP again. weird thing is that I can not replika problem in new project. It can be releated with my setup. I tried a lot of things but I could not solve the problem.I do not want to lose my time to solve this. If Does anyone have same experience , Can you share it ?
