Unity 2019.3.12f1 issue with IAPConfigurationHelper and Visual Studio (class not found).

    I think this isn't only an issue with the IAPConfigurationHelper, as I use more classes inside the Plugins folder which are also having this issue, but the issue is that Visual Studio does not recognize classes inside plugins anymore.

    This does not happen with Unity 2019.3.11f1.

    The editor does not complain, but we can't attach visual studio to unity because of the compiler error.

    This also happen with my Tangle classes...
