    How large your project is?
Does it contains tons of assets etc?

Small projects may take few min. But larger surely much longer.

No no, is small, but i think have tons os asstes, that i was downloading from assetstore, but not using, or using, one texture, or one prefab.....

How can I discovery, whats assets i am using or not? Only verifying one by one?

    Thanks a lot

In your project window, where you got Assets, find your main scene (Not in hierarchy window).
Right click on it and you should have export as asset option.
If you do that, new window will open, with tree of all your files in Project.
Now, below should be tickbox, to export with all dependencies.
If you mark your scene in that window, all files that are used, should be checked.
Hopefully, you should have many unchecked files.
You can manually add/remove additional assets.
Try now acceptall checked files and export as an asset.

After that, you could try create new clean project and import your new project as an asset.
Hopefully you should see much fewer files in it.
    Test the scene / game.
If all works, try build now.

In future, try not to import all random files into your main project.
Keep these in seprete test project, specifically for assets.

However, I stil think, build should be clever enough, to filter things out.
