Unity 2019.3.0f3 UGUI bug

    I have created Empty Project with some UGUI's buttons and texts on Unity 2019.3.0f3.
    After built APK file and installed it on my android phone (9.0 os version), UI has been displaying errors.
    I haven't seen this before. Has anyone got the same error?
    P/S: I have already attached 2 pics to explain in more detail of error.
