Unity 2019.3.0 Release Candidate 3 has been released

    Greetings users!

    Unity 2019.3.0 Release Candidate 3 is now available. We have skipped RC2, as our internal QA found many issues that we preferred to fix before sending the build out.
    We still have a few more issues we'd like to fix before making 2019.3 official.
    As always, please make sure to report any regressions on our forums and the bug reporting tool.
