Unity 2019.1.1f1 Light Weight Render Pipeline can't enable Virtual Reality

    Okay, it appears to be related to using the LWRP or VR LWRP (preview). I guess those are not supported yet? If I create a normal 3D project it works.

    Okay this video tells you how to get Lumin working with LWRP. Basically, you have to start a 3D project and set up Lumin normally, but don't assign the LWRP renderer script until after checking the VR Supported checkbox.

    Sadly after all that the VFX only shows up in the left eye.

    What I'm hearing is VEG (Visual Effects Graph) is only working in the left eye for all headsets in LWRP right now including the MockHMD. So not necessarily a Magic Leap/Lumin specific issue.
