Unity 2019.1.1f1 (64-bit) impossible to change anything in editor preferences

    I have no idea why...
    the editor has been set to Code (visual code)... unity start with code at the same time and i cant set visual studio 2017 as default IDE.

    this one for the the most horrible things for a developer
