Unity 2018.4.9 increased build size by 2mb

    After upgrading our project from 2018.4.8 to 2018.4.9 app's iOS build size went up by 2mb. We also checked that on empty 2d project - binary also increased by 2mb

    We're on 2018.4.11 now, maybe it has gotten better?

    Nope, 2018.4.10 and 2018.4.11 are also affected

    Got response for my bug report.
    "Currently, this behavior is considered by design, as there is no functionality to strip post-processing shaders from build"
    I have no idea how 2mb build size increase without single note in changelog can be by design

    I'm confused, what does this have to do with post processing shaders? Are you using URP?

    Nope. Nothing. This behaviour reproduces on empty 2d project. For 2018.4.8 empty project install size according to AppStore Connect is 20.8 Mb for 2018.4.9 - 23Mb
