Unity 2018.3b - Cant edit tilemaps

Can't edit some tiles, they are rendering but cant be erased or moved, tilemap ignores them. I'm also allowed to draw over them.

PS. Tried reinstalling unity, clearing temp / cache, reimporting prefab

 

Eh... Any chance you painted those tiles in the wrong tilemap? I see you've got Dirt, RoughDirt and Wall tilemaps. Could be that you accidently painted in RoughDirt or Wall tilemaps but you're trying to delete from the Dirt tilemap

 

No no focus on right tilemap, you can see it on video (bottom right corner "focus on").

 

Minor updade: this bug occurs not all the time, i can create new tilemap and for some time it will be OK, now bugged only 2 or 3 prefabs.

 

Not that focus. I'm talking about the "Active Tilemap" part. In the video it's set on Dirt, but it's possible some of those tiles were painted on other tilemaps. If your tiles disappear when you disable the RoughDirt + Wall tilemaps then that's the cause.
