Unity 2018.3 Editor Hangs Every Few Minutes

    Ever since upgrading from 2018.2 to 2018.3 I'm getting pauses in the editor while building levels. It happens every few minutes and lasts about 10 seconds. I never used to get them in the same project with
    2018.2.20.
