Unity 2018.3.0f2 for Linux issues

    Using Personal edition on Debian Linux 8.11 (Jessie), observed problems with the following operations:
    1. in Hierarchy tab view Game Object | UI | Panel object selected, in Inspector tab view, Image (Script) section, selecting Color bar to bring up Color Swatch results in a tiny 10px-by-20px pop-up window rendered, which is too small and unable to be resized, therefore unusable
    2. in Hierarchy tab view Game Object | UI | Panel object selected, at bottom of Inspector tab view, selecting [Add Component] button results in nothing, i.e. component selection pop-up window is not rendered
