Unity 2017.2.0f3 Cannot execute Final Gather

see the following error in the Final Gather stage,

failed executing external process for final gather
final gather' job failed with error code: 6 ('failed reading bake indirect output system file.').

here is the setting for my baking



is anybody has a clue to fix this?

Hey, I'm having the same error with Final Gather where my baking settings are the same:

'Final Gather' job failed with error code: 6 ('Failed reading Bake Indirect Output System file.').

Also I've tried to clean GI Cache, but it's seems that it doesn't help and it still gives me that error. Any help would be appreciated!

Same error here, but on Unity 2017.3.0p3. Quite hard to tell what's wrong. :-/

 

Same here. Really no idea how to solve this, can't find much help for this issue.
