    hi all

    is Unity 2.6 now free?

After downloading it needs an activation for a 30 days trial period?

so is it free or not??

    thanks

Yes it is, in the preferences you can tell which editor to use for scripting.

you though can not use Unity as a rendering backend for a .NET project if that is what you are asking for.
