Unit Build Error "Could not find part of the path", please help!

    In desperat need of help!
    About to hand in my final project for University and for some reason I can't build it at all in Unity now. I keep getting this error message (attached image).

    I have tried:

    -Renaming the file
    -Moving where I build it to
    -Create a new project (For some reason I can't build any projects now at all, I keep getting the same error message if I even make a new, blank project and scene from a new location. The error message repeats but with the new path instead of the one on the image)
    - Delete Library and Temp

    Please help, I'm having a complete meltdown.
    The application runs fine in the preview and has worked flawlessly until yesterday for some reason, now I can't build it regardless what I do.
    I'm using Mac, building for IOS.
