Unique test names

My team and are getting a test-driven project up and running and the test overview for builds is getting quite cluttered. Is this going to get better? We have a tiny amount of tests at the moment and they are not even visually separated by test class.

We will realistically grow our number of tests to at least a couple hundred, maybe even over a thousand, and I cannot imagine this view will be of any help then. Some builds are for platforms that we cannot quickly manually run the tests for outside of Cloud Build.
