    I'm trying to purchase an asset off the Asset Store and keep getting the following error:

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process your transaction at this time. Please double check your billing details, try a new credit card, or contact your bank.

    I have tried multiple payment methods in different browsers on both my PC and laptop, and have made sure that I have no VPNs active. I opened a ticket but the automatic reply said they would get back to me in two months.

    Would you happen to be in a region under some sort of sanctions?

    I've bought assets before. I'm in the southern US. So, no.

    I've been told that the response time for Asset Store issues is two months. :(

    I received a surprisingly quick reply, and was told to try and make the purchase on my mobile device on mobile data. It went through.
