UNet vs Unity Multiplayer

    So I'm a tad confused on the whole UNet / Multiplayer...

    Are these separate products etc?

    200 concurrent users seems incredibly low, I want to be able to write a dedicated server for use commercially, and be able to redistribute it. We are be running with numbers around 50,000 CCU estimated on release.

    I know about the HLAPI and the lower level options. Is there a difference between the use and the limitations?
