UnauthorizedAccessException when building .obb

    Sometimes but not always when building for Android with "Split Application Binary" enabled, I get an "UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied" error and the build fails.

    The Unity version is 2019.2.6 and the full console log is this:

    What could be the cause of this? After a few tries of restarting it suddenly works again. When not having "Split Application Binary" enabled it always succeeds.

    i have this error too, actyality! unity 2019.3.2
