Unable to stop cloud build which is pending.

    Hello,

    I can't stop "Cloud Build" which is "Pending".
    Also, I can't delete "Cloud Build" which is "Canceled".
    So, I can't run a new "Cloud Build."

    How can I solve this problem?

    (Fixed) After waiting about an hour, it was resolved naturally.
