This is a huge step backwards considering the Unity Hub is super buggy regarding it's licensing system.

Please let me directly start any instance of Unity without firing up the Unity Hub as I was possible with Unity 2018.3.7f1 and earlier versions. Unity 2019.2.0a7 will not load at all when the hub fails it's license check, therefore it is not even possible to set a new license from the editor, revoke a manual activated seat or change the license.

Update: Actually what failed was -runEditorTests and to be precise the import of the project. After opening Unity 2019.2.0a7 once from command line without any additional parameters it took way longer than usual to reimport and it took a while to load the dark skin (and therefore I assume to activate the license). After that It was possible to start Unity 2019.2.0a7 from the command line just as with earlier versions.
