    How to reproduce (maybe):
    1) Download and import a lot of assets from package manager
    2) Move them into a directory ("Thirdparty", for example)
    3) Create a new directory "Doors", and move files from "Door Asset Pack" (for example)
    4) Do it for every directory

    Got fixed via magic.

For no reason it stopped appearing after I did a few more changes.

Have the same issue. This is pretty troubling if your source control is this error prone...

What is your Version Control package version? I want to be sure you are using the last

Also what is your Unity version?

Have same problem, fixed by check only one change, then click to "Checkin Changes", after this check all other changes, and it works! (Казактарга салем :) )

    I'm on 2020.3.25LTS and VersionControl 1.15.18

I figured out that I still can check-in the project with the native PlasticSCM app (outside of unity's plugin). And after a couple of check-ins, my unity's version control plugin turns back to normal.

Even with that, the issue is still periodically appearing in the Unity plugin?

Well, to be precise - it has appeared once on my side. And was fixed just by using the PlasticSCM app. After that, I realize that while using the PlasticSCM app I also got rid of continuous "connection aborted" issues I had with the unity plugin previously. So I just switch to the native PlasticSCM app and didn't use unity's plugin anymore.
