Question Unable to receive custom events( Legacy Analytics)

    We have to use Unity version 2018.4, so we cannot upgrade the SDK.

    Hi @redis28 ,

    I would highly suggest trying to work it out so that you can upgrade your Unity Editor version, as Legacy Analytics is set to be shut down in about 3 weeks.

    Having said that, could you share your Organization ID so that I can take a closer look to see what might be going on with your custom events?

    Hi @redis28 ,

    You should continue to be able to view your Legacy Analytics data via the new Unity Analytics dashboard. Did you follow this guide for the transition from Legacy Analytics to Unity Analytics?
