Hello. There will be a lot of text and pictures. Sorry for that.

I'm unable to pull a project. I'm added to that project in the web dashboard (have owner rights for it). I can see it in the dashboard, can remove other users from it, edit its name, etc.

But when I open Unity Hub > Open Remote Project this project is not there, it's just missing from the list (Refresh does not help).

I can see other projects, including the one from the same organization's dashboard and I'm able to download them.

In a word, one project missing for me in that list, while everything else is fine.

The only thing I can remember that I did differently, is that I once marked that project as "remove project from the list" in the Hub. And then deleted it from the drive later. Is it possible that Hub adds removed projects to some black list that prevents them to be seen with the version control window as well?

I've tried to relog many times, asked to remove me from the project's team and then add me back, and reinstalled Hub twice. Nothing.

I've also tried to create a new empty project and then link it to the remote project with Edit > Project Settings > Services and I'm actually able to link it there.

But then I'm unable to download it via Plastic anyway. Plastic asks to create a new workspace. With the right settings, it says that "you don't have permissions for operation mkrepository".

If I click 3 dots, to choose the existing repository, there is only repository for my other project.

So basically there are 2 problems.

    1) Unity Hub ignores this project for some reason.

    2) Even if I link that project to the current one, Plastic does not allow me to create a workspace for it or select an existing repository (not even sure should it allow me that or not)

Atm, I'm basically stuck and have no solutions anymore. I've found some 2 years old posts with "kind-of similar" problems, but there is no solution. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Hub 3.1.2
    Unity 2020.3.32f1
    OS Windows7
Not sure how to check Plastic version, please let me know if needed

Hi @Findeh, I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues finding your project in the Hub. The first thing I want to be sure of is if your Blob Escape project is among your list of repos in your Plastic organization. Can you open your Plastic SCM Dashboard, open the WebUI of your specific org and see if you can see your Blob Escape project there?

If you can find it there but not in the Hub, then I'll reach out to the Hub team to see if this is a known issue.

If you cannot find it, then I would recommend opening a Support Ticket with the Plastic team to see if we can find out why this project isn't listed.

Thank you a lot for your reply. This is a good point. I did not know it exists as a separate thing from a Unity dashboard. There is no Blob Escape among my repositories there. I will ask the owner of that Organization to add that project there as well. Will let you know how it went.

That's was the issue. Thank you a lot.

For anyone who will have the same problem. It seems that you can't add a person via the web form that is linked above, you have to use Plastic client for that. Maybe that will help.

Hey, I can find my project on the Plastic SCM Dashborad but not In the Hub. Also the Cloud Organization where it is stored is not encrypted. Any workaround please?

If you install the Plastic Cloud edition SCM standalone client (www.plasticscm.com --> downloads), are you able to list the missing repository?

Can you try to create the workspace from the Plastic GUI and then open it in Unity?

    Regards,
    Carlos.
