    Hello,

Finally after finishing my first game, i can't publish it to google play.
it is the third day trying to do this

First attempt play store told me that the target API must be 28 or greater (i was using unity 5.6.7) after quick search i found that i must upgrade my unity, so i went to unity 2018.3.2 , set the target API to 29.

Second attempt failed because play store requires that the app must support X86 and X64 architecture, so i downloaded android NDK and check X64 button in player settings.

after this i uploaded the apk for the third time, and google play gives me the same error.
    I have the following library in the apk file (arm64-v8a , armeabi-v7a , x86), but i think i need x86_64 library.
I searched a lot and didn't find an answer.
    HELLLLP.

You need to bundle it using Google Play's app bundle: https://prnt.sc/qzdz82

Then on Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings you need to set the correct settings: https://prnt.sc/qze00k

When you build your game it should create an .aab file. That is the file that you need to upload to Google Play.

Sorry @Wezai it worked. I had to uncheck X86 in player settings, i saw it in the beginning but i thought it will not affect any thing, after searching i found this post (https://forum.unity.com/threads/android-x86_64-support.711869/) where @ScottF says "Confirmed with Google you would indeed need to drop x86 in order to be compliant with their 64bit requirement"

    Thank you.

I found this thread useful because I recently published a game and got over 100 downloads but no one was able to actually install the game because I'm assuming API level issue. I am going to try changing that setting to level 28 or 29 and see if that fixes the issue.

I wonder if Unity 5.6.7 can still be used to publish on PlayStore by using a Gradle Build, then creating the Android App Bundle by using Android Studio, anyone ever tried ? I have an abandoned half-way-done project because of being unable to update Unity without breaking everything
