Unable to open Unity/Unity Hub licence issues

    I seem to have a couple of issues.

    1. If I open Unity 2019.1.1f1, it opens the Unity Hub which then needs to retrieve a new licence...every single time. It downloads the licence, but then does nothing. I can see the "C:\ProgramData\Unity\Unity_lic.ulf" file being updated

    2. I can see Unity running in the task manager and then it stops. The Editor.log is below.
