Unable to open blank project Unity 2019.4.2f1

    I attempted to create a 2d project and I am unable to connect to the package manager. I attempted all of the fixes mentioned in the pinned thread at the top, but none of these have worked.

    Attached is the diagnostic report. I have been able to work on projects in 2018 versions, but not 2019. Thank you.

    Could you also provide your editor.log so I can pass this onto our team to look at?

    This is the editor.log file (renamed to a txt file to upload).

    This appears to be a log from Unity 2018, can you upload the 2019 version please!
