Question Unable to log into Unity Hub - New Starter with old account

Evening, everyone,
Currently I have an issue with logging into Unity Hub, the installed program version. Everything else is set up, and I don't have a subscription/seat yet, which from what I understand needs to be done on said Hub.
Whenever I press blue button to sign in, it does nothing. Doesn't matter if I wait for ages in case it's processing, there isn't a pop-up nor a notif to say anything registered. I had the same issue years ago, and it's the same when trying again now.
Now, I'm not complaining, something must not have been done right on my end, and I may be missing something. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be so happy for the assist. Any questions to help clarify won't be a problem, I just want to get started on my journey.

Worth mentioning the editor installed with it is the 2022.1.23f1, the myhub I installed with it so should absolutely be the updated one, not the old one that was uninstalled already.
