Unable to load scene in the hierarchy and add scene in que (Build settings)

    I'm unable to load the scene in the hierarchy and add it in the queue for it to load one after another.
    I've collaborated (on the server) if that's something useful info.
    The Menu scene is loaded in the hierarchy but another one (Character) scene can't be loaded.
    These two scenes are from different projects, does it mean anything?
    Share your advice.

    Only scenes added into build in File -> Build Settings can be loaded:

    Yes I did the same, but it’s actually two scenes from different projects, I had exported it to its asset folder, and re imported it, but can’t put the other scene in the hierarchy, and eventually not in the build settings.
