Unable to Load Dashboard Issue

    We are currently experiencing issues which is resulting in multiple users not being able to load or access the ads dashboard. This is due to a known browser caching issue.

    We have established a reliable fix that gives you access to your dashboard. We have investigated the issue and it should no longer occur for those who have been affected.

    EDIT: You only need to take one of these steps, not both

    Steps you can take are:
    - clear your browser cache
    - log into an incognito window of the browser

    Hi @ClaireO,

    unfortunately, I'm not able to load the monetization dashboard. I have tried 4 different browsers on different systems. Deleting the cache and opening an incognito window did not help.

    I didn't see any revenue change since 8 hours, that's so weird

    Hi ClaireO,
    I can't access dashboard.unity3d.com since 26/04/2018.
    Deleting the cache and opening an incognito window did not help.
    The problem has not stll fixed

    had the same problem. Seems to be working in safari and not in chrome.

    A problem with authentication token likely? Can you try to open in incognito mode and/or delete cookies for that site?

    I haven't heard about similar issues in a long time though, when did you last use the site?
