Unable to Load Dashboard Issue

We are currently experiencing issues which is resulting in multiple users not being able to load or access the ads dashboard. This is due to a known browser caching issue.

We have established a reliable fix that gives you access to your dashboard. We have investigated the issue and it should no longer occur for those who have been affected.

EDIT: You only need to take one of these steps, not both

Steps you can take are:
- clear your browser cache
- log into an incognito window of the browser

unfortunately, I'm not able to load the monetization dashboard. I have tried 4 different browsers on different systems. Deleting the cache and opening an incognito window did not help.

I can't access dashboard.unity3d.com since 26/04/2018.
Deleting the cache and opening an incognito window did not help.
The problem has not stll fixed

 

@enger305, dashboard at https://operate.dashboard.unity3d.com should work. Do you get any errors?

had the same problem. Seems to be working in safari and not in chrome.

 

@mihl91, https://operate.dashboard.unity3d.com works fine for me here both in Chrome and Firefox, what error are you getting?

error screenshot attached. This is what I get when I click on the operate tab after selecting a project (https://operate.dashboard.unity3d.com/organizations/....). The link you gave or directly going to operate(https://operate.dashboard.unity3d.com/) just keeps loading. And I am sure that my internet is working fine.

 

A problem with authentication token likely? Can you try to open in incognito mode and/or delete cookies for that site?

I haven't heard about similar issues in a long time though, when did you last use the site?
