Unable To Load Billing Plan

    Hi!

    Today I'm faced with this error. Unity Teams subscription active. Unity Plus subscription active. Also Dashboard can't connect with bitbucket (previously all works fine without problems and I builded iOS builds fine)

    Billing API returns server error

    Also I can see so many Cross-Origin Read Blocking warnings and billing endpoint is one of them.

    Hi @eizenhorn,

    I believe that this may have been caused by a brief outage with our licensing system, which was resolved shortly after your post. Can you please confirm if you are still seeing this behaviour?

    Yep now works :) anyway I configured it directly in Unity interface

    Same error occurs now trying to edit a cloud build config.
    "Unable to load Billing Plan"

    I tried to reach the unity3d support but stuck at "Checking support eligibility..." popup. :mad:

    We have been having this issue for last couple days, intermittently causing live publishing builds to fail.

    I'm also seeing the same issue right now and I can't add the build target. Any news on this?

    @hoonsubin -- this is odd...is the error still coming up? If so, would recommend submitting a support ticket. That would be the fastest way for the team to get back to you!

    I'm facing this issue right now. While loading the build config page, I get :
    Error fetching billing plan: Failed retrieving plan for orgForeignKey: xxxxxxxxxx

    We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an incident yesterday as well as a few days ago that caused errors in Cloud Build such as the ones that you're describing. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, could you please report it to cloudbuildsupport@unity3.com along with your organization ID, so that we could investigate this further?

    Limited functionality available due to errors fetching data.

    Hey, we also seem to have similar issue.
    Limited functionality: "Error fetching billing plan"
    And after trying to build: "Billing API error. Status code: 500"

    When trying to email cloudbuildsupport we get:
    550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

    Unfortunately we couldn't fetch the information for uvcs storage usage.
