Unable to install Cinema 4d plugin converter

    Hello,
    when trying to import Cinema4d files I got an error due to the missing importer plugin. As unity tries to install it I got error:
    "Cinema 4D converter plugin installation failed. Please run Unity as Administrator to have the plugin installed"

    Point is that I'm running it as Administrator but nothing changes.

    OS: windos 10
    Unity release: 2019.2.1f1
