Unable to export terrain from Unity for use in Blender

    I'm currently using the Terrain Tools Package in a Universal Render Pipeline (URP) project. The asset works and I've successfully created some terrain.

    What I would like to do now is export the terrain so I can make some changes in Blender. I would like to fine tune some of the details and crop the terrain.

    I'm using the following option to export the terrain:


    The file exports however when I try to open the .RAW in any other software it says there is an error with the file.

    Any pointers as to where I'm going wrong would be much appreciated. Thanks.
