I'm trying to get the Unity Dev Assistant installed on my Vita, but can't seem to find out how to download it. I've signed into the site with the Dev Assistant links and verified that I'm signed in with the account that's authorized with a PSM publisher license, but clicking the green link takes me to the PSN store page for the Unity DevAssistant, where there's no download button.

    Is there something I'm missing?

You need to go through the purchase process, though it shows up as a purchase for 0 dollars. You can then download it like any other store purchase.

I had the same thing, in my case the problem was:
    - PS Vita itself was logged in with different user email
    - I didnt had used the special bitly link that they give there (using ps vita browser)

(I was able to download it before going through the purchase process)

No purchase option shows up for me.

I've verified that I'm logged into the Vita with the correct email address, and I've also used the bit.ly link that was posted here.

Go onto the store on your vita, search for 'Unity' nothing else :) it should bring up the correct dev assistant as theres two, and the names are so long you often cannot see which one says 'Unity' at the end.

I'm able to find it in the store, but there's no purchase or download link.

Then that means your store account currently logged in is not the same as the one you've register with for Sony PSM. :)

As I said previously, I've already verified that that is not the case.
