Unable to build Android ILC2PP 2019.3.0 and 2019.3.5

    Im trying to build ILC2PP Android on 3.0 and 3.5 and it doesn't work.

    Downgrading to 2.17 works. Is it broken? Or just me?

    I was hoping it might work now with 2019.3. I had Problem with all 2019 Versions. I'm trying it today on a clean PC with no previous unity and android installs. But this is a known error. Will let you know if I have some enlightment!

    EDIT:
    2019.3.0f6 worked perfectly (even on my normal PC)! I installed the android tools(and the sdk stuff) with the hub.

    What I read what some People helped (But not me in earlier Versions) is using this ndk:
