Question Unable to add modules to Unity being installed via hub

Hi,

I have had a problem with unity refusing to load projects. I have now completely uninstalled Unity, hub, cleared all the appdata folders.
Unity 2.4.2 hub installs correctly.
Try and install any version of unity (2018, 2019, 2020) and I'm unable to install modules - for example WebGL


Its like there is no disk space or something (there is over 250GB free). But there is no list of available modules to install either.

Unity will install, but then hangs forever on trying to create a new project. It appears to be when it is trying to copy the base template files across, which I'm guessing means they weren't installed because I couldnt install any modules.

Really struggling now as I need Unity to work to update a project from earlier in the year.
