Bug Unable to Add Meta XR SDK Core Package(Version 59.0.0) in Unity - Error Message [InvalidParameter]

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue in Unity while trying to add the Meta XR SDK Core package. I am receiving the following error:

"[Package Manager Window] Cannot perform upm operation: Unable to add package [https://download.packages.unity.com/com.meta.xr.sdk.core/-/com.meta.xr.sdk.core-59.0.0.tgz]: Package name 'https://download.packages.unity.com/com.meta.xr.sdk.core/-/com.meta.xr.sdk.core-59.0.0.tgz' is invalid. [InvalidParameter]. UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions ()"

I have attempted to resolve this on my own, but without success. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to resolve this error? Your insights and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I‘ve got the trouble of this package too. more people in Meta dev forum, and they have not a clear way to solve it.

 

I solve this problem by log in unity assets store and add Meta XR All-in-One SDK to my assets for free, then the item can be download from unity editor, use the link below to add the sdk to your asset

2022.3.14 same error cant reslove

 

About this SDK update, I can't find the CloudStorage API anymore (I haven't checked in recent version, I used to use that API back in the day on a Rift game, but I can't find any mention of Meta not providing such service anymore). Does anyone have the same problem ?

I am experiencing the same issue. My Unity version is 2022.1.23f1, and yes, I signed in the same account where I purchased the SDK. I am getting to errors:

(1) [Package Manager Window] Cannot perform upm operation: Unable to add package [com.meta.xr.sdk.all@59.0.0]:
Request [GET https://download.packages.unity.com/com.meta.xr.sdk.all/-/com.meta.xr.sdk.all-59.0.0.tgz] failed because it lacks valid authentication credentials [Unknown]. UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions ()

(2) [Package Manager Window] Error adding package: com.meta.xr.sdk.all@59.0.0. UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions ()

Im getting this same error for all the meta assets, its so frustrating!

 

Fix i found: you can manually add the assets to unity by downloading them:
https://npm.developer.oculus.com

 

I have the same issue but from Build Automation. Getting the same error in build log:

I'm having the same issue too. Doesn't matter what Meta XR package I try to install from the Package Manager.
