Bug Unable change Grpahics API to DX12

    I am using unity 2021.1.9f1 and my computer spec is:
    AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
    16GB RAM
    RTX 2070

    The problem is after I switch the graphics API to DX12, the editor become so stange and I just can't perform any actions. Please check out the video to see how my editor look like.
