do you want to import 3D model, or 2D sprites or something else?

have you checked some of those basic tutorials in Learn section, to get familiar with unity interface and concepts?

no its I cant find out how to do anything with animating a model!

so I saw some things showing how to rig the model on blender, but that's all they say you can use it in unity but they never show it.

and I have been trying to find out how to do it for 2 days, something so simple.

Normally you don't animate in unity. Think of Unity as the glue that holds everything you make together. Glue is useful, but only if you have things to stick together.

You'll need to create an animation in other software, or download one.

    As Kiwasi said above.
Generally I animate my models in maya.
So I will have my walking, running and jumping all on one time line.
Importing that into unity I then say ok frames 1 - 50 are my walking, 51 - 60 jumping etc.
So in unity , the way I work anyways, you would be more looking at tutorials for how to set animation states.
    Hope this helps

    First, relax.

Second, remember that other people have already done this, so that means there is a way.

Third, be patient, and recognize that learning how to search and find answers is the first and most important skill you need to develop.
